A fee of $20 per animal is required to relinquish ownership of a dog or cat and grant the City of Benbrook sole authority regarding its disposition. For the transfer of two or more animals three months of age or younger from the same litter, the fee shall not exceed $40. Animal transfer may be conducted by Benbrook residents only.
